We invite you to participate with us in the preparation of a traditional Argentine “asado”, from lighting the fire to bringing the meat to the table.
All paired with craft beers produced at the brewery.
We will also learn how to make a sweet dessert (Mousse de Dulce de Leche) and three sauces that are always on the Argentine tables: Chimichurri, Llajua and Criolla.
All in one brewing plant, surrounded by freinds, fermenters, cooking blocks and barrels.
