We invite you to participate with us in the preparation of a traditional Argentine Asaso (BBQ), from lighting the fire to bringing the meat to the table.
We will also learn how to make a sweet dessert (Dulce de Leche Mousse) and three sauces: Chimichurri, Llajua and Criolla, which are always on Argentine tables.
Before sitting down to eat, we will enjoy a fun wine tasting of 4 wines paired with artisanal cheese and salami.
The asado is not just sitting at the table to eat meat.
It is a moment of rejoicing, a gathering of friends and family.
